Shipping
All orders, whether placed online or via mail, phone, or fax, are
usually shipped within 24 hours (Monday through Friday). Orders
processed by 8:00AM
MST will be shipped the same day, provided that items ordered are
in stock.
Domestic
All orders, with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii, APO and FPO orders,
are shipped via UPS ground. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, APO and FPO
are shipped via US Air Mail. Shipping charges for all orders vary,
based on weight package and distance of the delivery. Shipments
to Canada are sent via USPS and can take 2 - 3 weeks to through
customs. Estimated delivery is between 7 and 10 business days. For
rush delivery we also offer UPS 3-day shipping.
International
The shipping charges to all international locations, except Canada
and Puerto Rico, vary, based on weight package and distance of the
delivery (US) regardless of the order. Delivery times can vary between
2 to 6 weeks. Please review the table below to see if your country
has specific requirements.
Clients will
be solely responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes and
fees imposed by their country. By asking us to ship to another country,
you are assuming all liability for any customs, duties, or tariffs.
Should customs seize the shipment, we cannot refund your cost. If
it is returned to us, you will be charged for shipping both ways.
